Terms and Payment info:
- I will need a full description of what you want, like characters, style, media... and references would be a good idea. Take a look at my gallery to know what I can do! If there is something I am not sure I can draw properly, I will tell you.
- Traditional drawings aren't listed because they're too hard for me and not good enough. If you really really want one of those you can ask, but it will be expensive.
- If you want something that does not fit into the categories above, ask me anyway.
- You are buying my services, not the copyright of the picture. You cannot sell or redistribute it by any means without my permission (except for avatars and signatures for forums), nor claim it as your own work.
- I do not send original work, only high-resolution files that you can print.
- Each drawing can take from 1 to 4 weeks, but I will keep in touch with the buyer throughout the process via PM or e-mail.
- I will not start working until I am paid and I do not accept returns (unless there is a very very good reason that can be proven).
- I accept Paypal for international orders (buyer pays Paypal fees) and bank transfer for national orders (within Spain).
- Please ask for an estimate without obligation.
- If I forgot something or you still have doubts feel free to ask me! ^^
- Necesitaré una descripción completa de lo que quieres, como personajes, estilo, técnica... Tener referencias sería de gran ayuda. Echa un vistazo a mi galería para ver una muestra de mi trabajo. Si no estoy segura de poder hacer lo que pides te lo comunicaré.
- Los dibujos con técnica tradicional no figuran en la lista porque me resultan muy difíciles y no tienen calidad suficiente. Si de verdad quieres uno de esos puedes preguntar, pero saldrá caro.
- Si quieres algo que no entra en ninguna categoría, pregúntame de todas formas.
- Estás comprando mis servicios, no el copyright de la imagen. No puedes venderla o redistribuirla de ningún modo sin mi permiso (excepto avatares y firmas para foros) o hacerlo pasar por tu propio trabajo.
- No envío el trabajo original, solo archivos de alta resolución que puedes imprimir.
- Cada dibujo puede llevar de 1 a 4 semanas, pero me mantendré en contacto con el comprador en todo momento vía MP o e-mail.
- No empezaré a trabajar hasta haber recibido el dinero y no acepto reembolsos (a menos que haya una muy buena razón que pueda ser probada).
- Acepto Paypal para encargos internacionales (el comprador paga las tasas de Paypal) y transferencia bancaria para nacionales (dentro de España).
- Puedes pedir presupuesto sin compromiso.
